Studio Class Policy & FAQ

GENERAL

  1. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are possible.

  2. When you purchase a 6 week course, if you miss a class or classes, these can not be refunded or exchanged.

  3. Payment for the classes are taken before the classes begin, online through the SAIB website.

  4. Once the first class or classes are booked you cannot book another class on a previous date, only classes after your first booking will be available.

  5. We reserve the right to make changes to our class timetable and pricing structure at any time. Price changes to our block week blockings or individual classes will be communicated to membership holders via email at least one day in advance.

2. CLASS BOOKINGS

1. You must book your class in advance in order to guarantee your space.

2. If the class is fully booked you can join the waitlist. If a space opens up (due to a cancellation) and you are next in line, you will receive an automated email notifying you that you have been added to the class register. If a space opens up with less than 1 hour before the class time you will receive an email asking you to confirm if you would like to accept the space.

3. WORKSHOPS AND COURSES

1. Workshops and courses are not refundable and refunds are not available for missed sessions, unless cancelled by the studio.

2. Workshops and course credits are only valid for the course dates booked and are not transferrable.

4. TIMEKEEPING

1.If you arrive late, please come in as quietly as you can in case we’re in relaxation or a breath-work session. You will not be subject to a refund if you miss most of the class due to being late..

2. If you're more than 15 minutes early to a class, you may be asked to wait outside whilst the studio is cleaned.

5. STUDIO ETIQUETTE

1. All mats and props are provided. We clean the studio mat after use with the spray bottles and cloths provided.

2. You are responsible for their own belongings. Please email ceri@saib.yoga if you think you may have left something at the studio. Items left unclaimed after 1 month will be removed.

3. Only people booked to participate in a session may be in the studio.

4. We are entitled to ask you to leave the studio if you display any anti-social or discriminatory behaviour. This is at the teacher’s discretion.
