Meet Ceri

After graduating from the Live and Recorded Arts drama college in London, I was so excited to begin my acting career. Acting was the one thing I truly felt confident in and deeply passionate about. But behind the scenes, I was struggling. I had unknowingly tied my self-worth to the way I looked, putting immense pressure on myself to be “perfect.”


Over time, this led to an unhealthy relationship with food, an eating disorder, and ongoing battles with my mental health. For years, I believed I had to look a certain way to be accepted and worthy, leaving me stuck in a cycle of restriction, binge eating, and low self-esteem.


Everything began to change when I discovered Yoga. Through a regular practice, I transformed not only my physical health, but my mindset too and that journey eventually inspired me to create Saib.


A regular Yoga practice has the power to truly transform the way you feel, both inside and out. It can help you feel stronger, calmer, more connected to yourself, and more confident in ways that are hard to put into words.

Even committing to as little as one hour a week can create powerful shifts in both your body and mind. The combination of movement and breathwork is incredibly healing, grounding, and empowering - and whatever season of life you’re navigating, Yoga has the ability to support you through it.
