Health Coaching

I share a little bit about my story below, which explains why I trained as a Health Coach but you may be wondering, what on earth is a Health Coach?!

Most of the time, we know what to do. We know how to be healthy however what’s really difficult is making the changes we want last.

Have you ever decided to stick to a certain health regime only to a few months, weeks or even days later feel like it’s just not working and revert back to old habits, giving up completely on a goal you may have been trying to reach for decades!

As a health coach, of course I can guide you, offer solutions, tips, boost your confidence and share as much of my knowledge with you as possible but my most important role will be to keep you accountable and get you thinking about setting SMART, realistic goals so that you’re finally not only able to reach your goal but that goal seamlessly becomes who you are.

The changes you make will become your lifestyle and there-for there’s no giving up, no reverting back to old habits and no more waiting until Monday to commit all over again.

A Certified Nutrition Health Coach, Yoga and Barre teacher!

I spent a decade of my life thinking I had to be super skinny to be liked and accepted. This meant I had an awful relationship with food and an even worse one with myself. I had zero confidence and was in this constant cycle of either binge eating or depriving myself of food.

I had no idea how to be healthy but then I found Yoga!

Committing to a regular Yoga practice transformed not only my physical but mental health too and led me in to wanting to find even more ways to nourish myself. I trained as a Yoga and Barre teacher and Certified Nutrition Health Coach to be able to share all the incredible practices that helped me heal and raise my self-worth and so, SAIB was born!

SAIB was created to take the stress and guess work out of living a healthier lifestyle, helping you bring wellness in to your home seamlessly with weekly workout schedules, recipes and classes that fit in to even the busiest of lifestyles.

My hope is that this membership helps you finally commit to the healthy habits you’ve always wanted to introduce in to your life!
