Welcome to 7 Days of Yoga! I am so excited about this program for so many reasons! Practicing Yoga has completely transformed my life and my relationship with myself!

It has made me a stronger, balanced, positive and happier person in every way!

There are so many benefits to practicing Yoga regularly but the truth is, even one 10 minute class a week makes such a difference to how you feel.

The classes below are great for beginners and not too long, so perfect to add to your morning or evening!
